  • Domestic orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail.
  • Orders to Canada and Mexico Ship via USPS International First Class Mail
  • Continental US orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days
  • Orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii typically arrive in 5-7 business days
  • Orders to Mexico can take up to 14 days to arrive

EXPEDITED Shipping

  • Expedited orders ship via USPS Priority Mail
  • Orders to Canada and Mexico ship via USPS Priority Mail
  • Continental US orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days
  • Orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii typically arrive in 5-7 business days
  • Orders to Mexico can take up to 14 days to arrive

YES, choosing Expedited does not really get your package to Canada or Mexico faster, but it is a bit safer. Priority Mail tracking is somewhat better than First Class.

Returns Policy

As a general rule, returns are accepted for unopened and re-sellable products ONLY.

In the rare case of a product defect, please contact us directly via email at sales@filmferrania.it. Include photographs and/or scans and a detailed explanation of the product you consider to be defective.

Please note that in the case of film products, we must assess whether or not the product is truly defective. Film products must be handled according to our current Best Practices, and are not returnable in the case of user error due to improper loading, shooting, unloading, processing and/or scanning of the film. Issues due to lab processing and/or scanning must be addressed directly with your lab.

All approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Full instructions for approved returns will be supplied via email. In addition, you will be able to choose to receive replacement products, or a full refund.

Refunds on approved returns will be issued to the credit card or other payment account used for the original transaction.
